“Tour operator did not show up. The phone number on the virtual “ticket” was out of order. I tried texting the tour operator through the. Viator app… and those went unanswered. So, my only free day in Vienna was ruined by the lack of service by this operator. Yes, of course Read more”

“Do not reserve this tour. We just came back from this tour. When I saw that private tour offers 4 hours in Hallstatt and Salzburg I called viator to confirm that 4 hours did not include driving. Viator agent confirmed that we in fact will spend 4 hours in each place. All wrong!!! We spent 30 minutes in Melk, 1 1/2 hours in Hallstatt and an hour in Salzburg. The rest of 11 hours tour we spent being driven by 23 years old. Can’t tell you how many close calls we had on the road. There was no WiFi or bathrooms or comfortable transportation. Small SUV driving for hours with…”

“Great tour. Driver Miro was awesome. Picked us up on time and patiently waited for us until the end. The tour guide in Budapest Zsuzsi was the best . She went above and beyond. Although we had only three hours, we did not feel rushed and she knew all the spots for great photos. She even helped us take photos ( she is a photographer) . The tour guide in Bratislava was awesome as well. They all speak excellent English and knew the history of each place well. Price is a bit heavy but I hope Driver and your guides are adequately compensated.”

“Do not book! This is not a tour! There is no website! All of the reviews are recent This ‘tour’ picked us up in a van and drive us without a word to Prague where our ‘guide’ yelled at us to get money out of the atm and then would not let us look at any of the sights because she wanted us in certain areas and our group was pickpocketed she did not let a report be filed and got very mad when the credit cards were canceled This was the scariest travel experience of my life the ‘guide’ has a fake badge and was clearly under the influence…”
