“No one met us at the door, just a sign pointing to the restaurant. The meal was served in an area outside of the main restaurant overlooking the lobby, by a group of rather inexperienced waiters. Lots of shouting at one another, mixed-up orders and general confusion. Food was ok but nothing special, and the drinks prices were enormous. The map given to us directed us to the opera house after the meal (a completely different building). When we got to the venue we found we had been assigned seats up on the balcony at the far end of the hall. We had booked 'A' grade tickets; so at least…”
